Terms and conditions: We will charge the full stay amount on the credit card that you will use to make the reservation. The charge is no longer refundable and in case of late cancellation, reservation modification or no show it will be held as penalty. The reservation will be confirmed only when the charge has been successfully made and you will receive a notification of it via e-mail. Credit card has to be hold by the guest and no third party payment is accepted. Please be aware that if your credit card supports dcc (dynamic currency conversion) the charge will be made in your home currency. We will require a front and back copy of the credit card and of your passport upon check in time.

Full prepayment by credit card - non refundable - is required at the moment of the reservation. For this purpose you will receive the prepayment form to be undersigned by the credit card holder and returned back to us along with a clear front and back copy of the credit card and of the cc holder`s passport.
The discount will be applied only when the charge will be successfully made.

Advance purchase - Save from 7% and More..
Full prepayment by wire transfer - non refundable - required at the moment of the reservation. In order for you to take advantage of the special offer, the full prepayment of the stay has to be made by wire transfer within 7 days from the moment of the reservation request. For this purpose you will receive our bank account details by e-mail. Should the wire transfer won`t be received on due time, the special offer will be no longer applicable and you will receive a confirmation with the original non discounted rates. The prepayment is non-refundable and in case of late cancellation, reservation modification, no show or early departure the amount prepaid will be hold as penalty.
